The hotel sits directly on the beach. I appreciated that complimentary filtered water was available. Breakfast offered many choices.. I particularly enjoyed the variety of fruit. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly.

The WiFi signal was occasionally weak.

weak wifi long waiting times

The room lacked basic amenities like a telephone. I had to walk to the restaurant for room service. the wifi signal was weak. This made communication difficult as there was limited network coverage in the area. waiting times for food orders were excessive. I waited almost 45 minutes for snacks.

beach access tasty meals attentive staff beautiful gardens

I appreciated the direct beach access. It made morning walks easy! the on-site restaurant provided tasty meals. the staff was very attentive and always ready to help. i loved the beautiful gardens. They were well kept.

i wish there had been a small fridge in the room for drinks, but it wasn't a major issue.

The garden hut had comfortable beds and was quite spacious, it included fresh towels every day. basic toiletries were provided in the bathroom. A simple soap and shampoo. the room was clean. Housekeeping did a good job.

friendly staff smooth process

i found such a friendly staff and they helped with taxi bookings. the breakfast menu had great variety and the food tasted good. i liked that the reception staff were efficient. they made the whole process smooth, what i wants.

the wifi was not strong in all areas of the hotel.

delicious food water policy safe beach

The food was delicious I especially enjoyed the barbecue in the evenings. The hotel maintains a policy against unnecessary plastic I was given bottles for water refills at a cooler. The beach felt safe I left my belongings unattended without worry.
