The hotel location is excellent. It is close to the beach. The staff were helpful. They tried to solve issues. The restaurant offers good food.

The photos look better than the actual resort. The room had many mosquitoes. A net should be a must-have here.

The room lacked basic amenities like a telephone. I had to walk to the restaurant for room service. the wifi signal was weak. This made communication difficult as there was limited network coverage in the area. waiting times for food orders were excessive. I waited almost 45 minutes for snacks.

I appreciated the direct beach access. It made morning walks easy! the on-site restaurant provided tasty meals. the staff was very attentive and always ready to help. i loved the beautiful gardens. They were well kept.

i wish there had been a small fridge in the room for drinks, but it wasn't a major issue.

The garden hut had comfortable beds and was quite spacious, it included fresh towels every day. basic toiletries were provided in the bathroom. A simple soap and shampoo. the room was clean. Housekeeping did a good job.

The pool looked well-kept and offered sun loungers. the resort had a direct access to the beach. This was really convenient. the gardens were beautifully landscaped and created a peaceful atmosphere. the open-air restaurant was spacious.

friendly staff smooth process

i found such a friendly staff and they helped with taxi bookings. the breakfast menu had great variety and the food tasted good. i liked that the reception staff were efficient. they made the whole process smooth, what i wants.

the wifi was not strong in all areas of the hotel.

delicious food water policy safe beach

The food was delicious I especially enjoyed the barbecue in the evenings. The hotel maintains a policy against unnecessary plastic I was given bottles for water refills at a cooler. The beach felt safe I left my belongings unattended without worry.
